DELIVERY

In Metropolitan France, delivery is offered WITHOUT MINIMUM PURCHASE.

Abroad, a fixed price is applied according to the country concerned.

Count between 3 to 5 working days from the confirmation email of order dispatch and the sending of your tracking number for a delivery in France and one week for a delivery abroad.

Under normal circumstances, you will receive the shipping confirmation email 2/3 days after your purchase on JANNE MILL. During collection launches or during the festive season, it may take a little longer (about 7 to 10 days maximum). 

Do not hesitate to write to us via the contact tab for any question relating to your order by indicating your order number / name and surname.

RETURNS

The RETURNS are exclusively at your expense and must be made via La Poste only Colissimo Home with signature (the returns that will be made in relay point will not be taken into account, thank you for your understanding).

If you wish to return part or all of your order, please contact the after-sales service by email or via the CONTACT tab as soon as possible (within 7 days) after receipt of your package. NO REFUNDS will be made if we have not received this email. 

The address to which to return the item(s) that are not suitable will be indicated to you by return mail.

MAIL: hello@jannemill.com (please specify "RETURN ORDER" in the subject line of your e-mail with the order number.

You have a period of seven (7) days after receipt of your order to inform us of your request for return by e-mail and a period of fourteen (14) days in total after receipt of your order to return your purchases against reimbursement if they are not suitable.

No refund will be processed if the return package has been shipped after this fourteen (14) day period. Please make sure to keep your proof of shipment.

Similarly, in the return package the returned clothing must be in its original condition, unworn and with the label attached. They must also be properly packed in their original packaging so that they will not be wrinkled or damaged in transit. Please insert the delivery note inside the package. Without this, the refund will not be possible.

Please take care of the returned clothes and avoid traces of make-up, poorly folded and crumpled clothes, etc. Thank you in advance for your understanding ;)

We do not make standard exchanges. For a new size, another model or another colour, simply re-order on the e-shop.

If the conditions of return of the Products are respected, JANNE MILL will propose a refund of the amount corresponding to the returned products. 

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package by the means of payment used at the time of the order (credit card or Paypal).

The RETURN package is your entire responsibility and will only be processed once delivered to the address indicated in response to your return request (it is therefore preferable to return it via colissimo to your home address against signature).

The JANNE MILL products having been bought elsewhere than on the present website: SALE BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS, VIDEO-DRESSING, OCCASION cannot be the subject of a return, of an exchange or cannot benefit from a commercial gesture for any reasons invoked by the applicant. Only the customer having ordered the item initially via ESHOP JANNE MILL will be able to exercise his right of retraction under the conditions agreed upon above. No other person will be entitled to do so in his place.

Returns are also subject to a fee. If you wish to return part or all of your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible (within 7 days) after receipt of your package, at the following address: hello@jannemill.com or via the CONTACT section. We will give you the address to which you can return your package.
